Whoberley Coffee Mornings
I will let you know when and where the next Whoberley Coffee Morning will be held. These coffee mornings would be a good chance to discuss local issues, and for us to work together making Whoberley a better place to live. It will also be a good chance to try some cakes!
There are no coffee mornings planned in the immediate future, but I will let you know as soon as one is confirmed.
Please contact me at whoberleylabourparty@hotmail.co.uk so that I can have your email address to keep you updated.
I also intend going to the next Whoberley ward forum at the Wilfred Spencer centre (Allesley Park) 27th February 7.30 pm. It would be great to see you there, and discuss issues in more detail.
I'm a Coventry kid born in Walsgrave Hospital 1974.
For my first six years I lived in Catherine St, near the Highfield rd football stadium. It was such a sight to see hundreds of sky blue fans walking past our house every other Saturday!
From 1980 to 2003 I lived in Wyken attending Caludon Castle School. In 1988 my father died of a heart attack, and being unexpected, this really knocked me for six. With the help of my mum though, things got better gradually. Eventually I was the first person in my family to obtain a degree, having studied at Coventry University.
I now own my own house. My profession is training which I enjoy immensely. I have a lovely wife and daughter named April who I adore like nothing else!
